Hi, I'm Jenna, founder of Parenty.

In my career, I've held leadership positions at Deutsche Bank, Palantir, and Weaviate (more about me here), but my greatest challenge came from an unexpected place. Returning to work after having my daughters, it often felt impossible to meet the standards I set for myself at home and in the office.

My story is far too common.

As I connected with other working parents, I discovered mine was a universal challenge and, probably why, in the UK where I live, only 44% of mothers return to and remain in full-time work. Benefits like extended leave and flexible hours are a good start, but they miss the deeper support needed for a truly sustainable return to work.

That's why I created Parenty.
Professional fulfilment and engaged parenting can coexist. My mission is simple: enable working parents to thrive in their careers while being present for life's precious moments.
